An 11-year-old, spayed, female Golden Retriever presented with lymph node enlargement. Clinical examination was consistent canine multicentric lymphoma. However, revealed positive for CD3, CD4, CD5, CD8, CD21, TCRαβ, MHCII but negative CD34, CD45, CD79a, TCRγδ. Histopathology lymphocytes expanding to the cortex-preserving architecture thinning of nodal capsule, CD3 PAX-5 negative. Owing indolent nature TZL, careful monitoring approach clinical intervention utilized.
